We look forward to sharing ideas, energy, and friendship. At our last club meeting we adopted the new Constitution and Bylaws and have reregistered as an Incorporated Society.

All members and whānau are invited to Dane & Tiana's on the 14th December to enjoy food, refreshments and fellowship.
Things will kick off from 1pm. Please bring a plate to share and some festive flair to enjoy some games or just relax.

Expression's 5 Benefits Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ, Rotorua Breast Cancer Trust & Child Cancer Foundation NZ
Rotorua Passport wrapped up Expression's 5 by presenting three $10,000 cheques to our incredible beneficiaries. Representatives from each organisation received their donations with heartfelt gratitude and confirmed that 100% of the funds will stay in Rotorua, supporting local families and health initiatives. Thank you to all our 2025 sponsors.
Hospital’s Children’s Ward Project.
Members of Rotary Rotorua Passport proudly unveiled a vibrant new outdoor playscape. The club contributed $9,000 of funds to commission a mural on the concrete wall, a BBQ table where whānau can gather together, and an array of practical and educational play equipment requested by the hospital children’s team. Special recognition goes to Lynne Joseph and Byron McRae for leading this initiative with vision and dedication. The mural’s design and painting was completed by Expression's artists Marc Spijkerbosch and Helen English. The mural holds significance to the Bay of Plenty coastline, Rotorua lakes and surrounds fostering belonging and connection for local whānau.
Supporting SPCA
Member Charlie Windell and Club President Dane Joseph delivered a generous bundle of supplies including food, blankets, newspapers, pet bowls, and toys, essentials that help provide comfort and care to animals in need.
To show appreciation for the tireless work of SPCA staff and volunteers, Charlie brought along freshly baked muffins for morning tea.

Pedal for Prostate
After months of training and dedication club member Tom Holland raised an amazing $6340 for Prostate Cancer Foundation New Zealand, riding in the Whaka100. He completed his ride in an impressive 7 hours 29 minutes. A huge thank you to Tom's support crew and all those who donated to Tom.

Hygiene Packs for Women's Refugee and Hospital.
Yesterday, thanks to the teamwork of our members, 140 hygiene packs were packed and bagged for distribution. These packs are more than just essentials, they are a gesture of care and dignity for women and families facing some of life’s most difficult moments.
This initiative, led with dedication by President Elect Juanita Conder, is strengthened by the support of a District Grant, which doubles our contribution and extends the reach of what we can provide.
Since the first packs were distributed in 2021, we have proudly sustained this project for five years, ensuring that those in need receive comfort, respect, and practical support when it matters most.
